Out of a skin tones painting book. Black skin falls into a large rage of values, ranging from middle light to dark. In color it ranges from a yellow orange to deep, grayed down version of red orange, commonly called Burnt Sienna. Black skin may be grayed down with greens and blue. The hair color from very dark black to black brown to to middle browns with a yellow influence. I use a dark flesh tone with a touch of brown and burnt sienna. Never make a black with buck teeth, and black paint....it is a good way to get shot....
