I put a (really) wet paper towel or napkin over dried acrylics - let it sit for awhile - use the paper towel to wipe it up - no mess.

Red face Re: Cleaning up the paint tray

My dried acrylics peel right off with no treatment.

Think they're trying to get away from me?

But I'm cheap so I don't buy any pallets or paint trays .... I use the
throw-away plastic lids from Cool-Whip or margarine containers ... things like that....anything free.

a little tinfoil over the tray, throw it away when done. ceranwrap (spell?) works too. Put the whole tray in the refrigerator and the paint will keep for several days between uses.
