Apologies. I forget that use some tools, which I sometimes mention here, that really do make a difference. One thing that I left out, and I have 3 or them, are cloth/flexible dressmaker's tape measures. . . must have been $2 each. On the left, a pair of compass points which fit on a yard stick. Top and bottom, what I call "pin" or "brad" drills. General #16 = Bevel measuring protractor = the unknown blade sits on the arm in the V-shaped slot on the left side. I've set it to show 20 degrees. General #44 depth gauge, the feeler can be set at angles, too. Knurled nut on the other side. . . think it's set for 1/2". Brass Lee Valley scratch marker. |

Cool stuff RV. I never thought about getting a dressmakers tape. Could be very useful for a lot of the contours I have to measure.
