Default Tool boxes

Pictures of my tool boxes I must keep my tools neat and put away I mostly live in my RV just no room for clutter. This is my edge tool only box it has one roll of large sculptors gouges one roll of general carving tools, mallets and my bare minimum sharpening kit. This the kit I would take to a class or a club meeting if I ever get the chance to join one. I enjoy looking at how other carvers store their tools.

That is a great idea!
I wouldn't be able to find my tools if the were put away neatly.

Don

Nice set-up.

Are those home-made tool roles?

Thanks

Bob

Beautiful Don. Are HT all? I am weirdly attracted to those green urethane mallets. I see you go in for longbents in a big way.

I'm not able to join the local club at this point either. They meet Wednesday at 8am when I am at work. Last time I dropped in on a day off I kind of got the cold shoulder. I'm not sure if it was because they expect you to sign up on your second such visit or my big tool box or my big carving or what. Most of them use knives and palm tools to carve little santas and whatnot, so maybe it would take awhile for me to fit in. Point is moot until I retire and have time to find out.

Yes David all my tools are HT shown here most I have had for years. I have assorted tools of most makers back at my shop. I know what you are saying; I know I will need to adapt my fast and furious carving style at whatever club I join.
