Default Stubai tools in Scotland?

I will possibly be in Scotland in the Spring. Will I be able to buy Stubai wood carving tools at a better price in Scotland than I find here in the United States?

No not unless you can buy them at the US Embassy. You can buy a bottle of 18 year old single malt in any where USA for less than you can in the village it was made in the UK. Scotland is great beautiful country lovely people but nothing is cheaper to buy. Except steak and gravy pies with a side order of chips cooked in beef fat makes my mouth water.

I agree with Don: 10 days in Britain last August. I was stunned by the high prices of everything.
If anybody offers to treat you to a plain $8 cup of coffee, say yes.
But in any case, go, armed with a grocery list of tools and prices.

In Italy last August coffee was only $6.00 a cup. Kinda makes one appreciate home doesn't it. ;o)

I'm looking forward to the beer. The U.K. has great beer.
