Default Scribe Plans

I think I saw a tread on this site that had plans for a wooden scribe, but I can't find it in a search.
Has anyone made there own scribe, if so do you have any plans for it?
Thanks
Mark

When you refer to a wooden scribe do you mean something along the lines of a marking knife? I don't think I've ever seen a totaly wooden scribe so I assume you mean a metal blade or awl point with a wooden handle. If you go to some of the woodworking sites and do a search you will find numerous plans and examples. Also several on line catalogs have pictures of them.
Good Luck,
Ed

James had a picture of one and maybe plans, but I can't find it on line....check with him.

I found what I saw once before. It is the versatile marker at The Old Texas Woodcarvers Shop.

humm, that shouldn't be hard to make with the use of a hole saw set and drill press, drill the pencil hole and cut the clamp slot , before using the hole saw to be safer...

or just use a stack of blocks with a duct taped pencil in place, if you can mach the heigth
ha!
