Default ScottG, I bet you don't have one of these.

A chife, huh? A combination chisel and knife. In my day job as a trim carpenter, this comes in real handy.

I was helping this old boy clean out his garage, and came up with a jointer blade. He said, "Throw that in the trash, 'cause I sold the jointer it goes with." I about turned purple, and when I could talk again, I told him to find the other two and give them to me. Then I dug out some of the cherry burl from a tree I took out of my sister's old yard in Seattle, and whammityzingbop, made this little item and it's sheath. Overall length is 7". It's hard to see in the pic, but the sheath has a copper liner, otherwise I'd be making a new one every 2 weeks.

If anyone is interested, I could make another one to sell, at a ludicrous profit of course. Or, I could sell you this one, but then I'd have to kill myself to guarantee there would never be another one like it. Dog not included.

I'd need at least a week to get my affairs in order...

Parker

!
Hey I have a couple three 18" long joiner knives I probably won't use. They are HS steel, which I'm not in love with. Price is right. A guy gave them to me.
yours, Scott

Beautiful pooch! The knife/chisel looks a little advanced for me!

Nancy, Nancy, I'm so sorry. Both for not explaining myself, and for you snorting coffee through your nose. I know firsthand how uncomfortable that can be, and computer screens, well, they don't give those away. I looked in my computer manual and I can't find anywhere they recommend applying coffee to your screen, by the nostril method or otherwise. None of my business, but you might consider putting your coffee aside right now, to avoid that kind of unpleasantness, or at least pour it on your screen directly to avoid undue wear and tear on your sinuses.

Sooooooo, what was it you didn't understand?

Parker

p.s. Scott, if you're offering, I'm accepting.
