Default Replacement Parts for Burke Type Sharpener

I have a sharpener styled after the Burke System and I am looking for a leather strop to go on my shaft that will do the inside of V tools and gouges. It looks like the second shaft of a Burke System has those components. Does anyone know where the components are sold separately?

Actually, I think the second axel of the Burke system has paper wheels that you can shape yourself to fit v-tool and gouge profiles...so it should be easier to find paper wheels.

BTW, I know you can get a countoured leather wheel for the Tormeck (sp)...
