Â* Â* Just thought I'd share my thoughts on the pen sander, really gave it a work out yesterday and I absolutely love it!! Â*It comes with different little attachments, round, square, tubular, etc. and they work great! Â* Â* The tubular one is perfect for running down along folds and curved places, it really worked great on my Father Christmas' coat. Â* Â* Â* Another plus was where I had to do more delicate sanding, like on his face, I took the attachment off and just used it by hand, got into the nose and eye area very easily, much more so than folding little pieces of sandpaper, trying to get it 'defuzzed'. Â*The triangle head was perfect for that. Â* Â*Oh, yeah, it's also so lightweight and easy to handle that it didn't sand away all the carving detail. Â*It really will remove the wood though where you want it to, with just a little pressure and a coaser grit paper. Â*Definitely one great little tool, I'd recommend it very highly!! Callynne |

Â* Â* When I posted my message here I didn't mention that the tips I had used were the angled ones, the sander comes with both straight and angled ones. I tried the straight ones yesterday and for me the angled ones work best. Â*If anyone else buys one of these let me know what you think. Â*I have really used this little sander and continue to like it more and more. Â*Callynne Â*

Hi Will7, I have one and just last week used it to flat sand the straight razor knife blade I was making. It will work just fine for both copper and plastic but the little squares of sand paper will clog quickly with plastic. You'll need a rubber cleanibng block to keep the grit from completely clogging.
