Default primitive saw

I am looking for a picture of a saw that would have been used in 1st century Israel. I don't know what it would look like. Bow Saw???

or google up image search bow saw

the picture is a more modern tool than your looking for id say its 17th century english or french design or so,

but it shows the wire and slat for keeping the blade tight at the top,
but the idea would be the same just made of native hard woods

this picture was something i found on the web, looks like figured cherry?

If I created one with hand carved parts, out of rustic wood? I'm to be the carpenter in a Bethlehem Marketplace next winter. I'm just rounding up some hand tools to use.
