Default portable carving station
Hi all, been off for a while don't know what happened but i'm back. One of the guys at our club had one of theses and i thought it was neat. It's a grinding bench that you can get a Harbor Freight for $21.00. then you can add your vice and a light. he also had wheels on his but they were up a little on the legs and you had to tilt it to make it roll. As I HAVEN'T SEEN HIM CARVE ANY LARGE CARVINGS SO I DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH POUNDING IT WILL TAKE WITHOUT TIPPING. I don't plan to move mine so i'm gonna put some weight on the shelf. Just thought you might be interested.
