Default Motor Reversal on HF 1x30 belt grinder

Ran across this over at Lumberjocks Turner's Forum and though some here might find it useful, but I haven't tried it yet (medical issues). I will though when I can. I do think that I may add a reverse switch rather than hard wireing it permanent
