Default Mort Lake Knives

From time to time I see references to Mort Lake knives which I never seen for sale anywhere. Can anyone comment on these?

Hi Manteo, you might by chance have seen them mentioned in one of my posts here, if not, oh well..
Mort is a Canadian who lives in Courtice which is near Bowmanville, Ontario which is east of Toronto, Ont.
I'm not sure wether he is making knives anymore, it's been awhile since I have seen him.
I have at least half a dozen of his razor knives.
Best bet would be to contact his friend Jam Oegema in Bowmanville, here's his web site, you can find his e-mail address there rather than me posting it in a public forum without his permission. Jan sold Mort's knives.

Hello,

I have two Mort Lake knives, and bought both of them from Jan. They are very nice knives, and hold their edge for a long time.

Carving,
Dan Heine
