Default metric vs. English measurements for gouges

Does anyone have a chart that shows what metric gouge size corresponds to the equivilent gouge in inches? ???

2.54 cm = 25.4 mm = 1'

when you know the size in mm multiply it by 0.04 to convert to inches. When you know the size in inches multiply it by 25.4 to convert to mm.

I kind of round things off:
6 mm = 1/4' or vice versa
It ain't exact, but close enough for what it's for and elminates all the decimal places
