In the picture I have an arrow pointing to the 3/8" dog. Still looking for the 5/16" dog

I had several old beat up open end wrenches...so took one and brazed it on the nut.....makes a great handle.

Good Idea and if I remember right the last handle I bought cost 8 bucks. I can get wrenches a heck of a lot cheaper than that. I justa hate to part with one
I made this one up this am.

I was afraid you would ask that! lol....been about 5 years since I made it! Al and I had a discussion on here about that time and went over the modifications...one I remember was where the eye bolt went through, I made a series of notches...(about 6 I think) so the eye bolt would sit in a pair of the notches and not turn.....humm will have to look at the vise again...can't remember the rest, but know there were a couple of changes.

As far as handles go put a nut on & solder or epoxy a CHEAP wrench on it.

ElWood
That looks like something they used on truck beds for farm trucks. I'd check farm supply stores or somewhere that sells and installs truck beds for wheat trucks.
