Default Low budget vice

I just looked at a post the other day about a low budget vice but I seem to be unable to find it again. I know I have probably over looked it as usual. Can you guys give me the link to it?

OK Where is Radar when you need him? I made up a couple of these but haven't located the handy little dog for snugging up the eye bolt. I had a 3/8" dog that I picked up at a show acouple years back. Has any one see one of these in your travels
In the picture I have an arrow pointing to the 3/8" dog. Still looking for the 5/16" dog

Elwood something to think about for your vise, go to the hardware store and get a weldable nut ( one that has a flange on it ) weld it to an old wrench untill you can find a real one.

Could you use a handle off of a ball valve? The handles come threaded for different sizes.
