| | A little green I finally put a blade into a handle I finished a while back.
The wood is Tiger-Strip Maple, dyed green with aniline dye.
Sorry about the reflection, but it was a cloudy day.

| | Re: A little green As usual Rick beautiful knife, for those of you who dont own one of Ricks knifes the pictures do not do them justice I own three of them and they are truly all works of art. Something I will hand down to my grandchildren.

One of these days I may have to step away from the belt sander and order one. My handles never turn out quite as nice though the blades do the job just fine. |

There are some techniques that make a big difference in the handle outcome.
If you visit some professional knifemaking sites, they have forums and free instructions that will really improve your knives. |
