Default Knives ??

I saw a knife that wasn't pretty but seemed to be a good quality. I read about it on this site but can't locate it anywhere. The handle is dark brown with RW initialed in it and the blade is made from a power hack saw blade. Anyone can point me in the right direction to get one.

I don't remember that? but will be interesting to see! I made a couple knives out of sabre saw blades and they work fine.

I've used Ron Wells knives for years. I have now ordered 20 of them for my friends. They are about the best knives I've ever used. Also one of the most in-expensive, depending on who you buy them from. About 20 dollars will buy any of them. Try them. The handle is not pretty but fairly comfortable.

I went to littleshavers.com and while they mention a catalog, there is no link to order one and no mention at all of this carving knife being for sale

Is there a place in Tri-Cities, WA where one can walk in and buy carving tools?

Butch

two-clones: You give up too easy my friend. Give littleshavers a call. They have the knife. Here's their number (might even be a local call) along with the knife, you'll get a catalog. (206)767-7421.
