Default Help identifying a ball vise

Hello all,

I would like you help identifying the ball vise I currently use. I purchased the vise second hand and have no information for it. The vise has no markings and I have not been able to identify it over the internet. Any information you could offer would be appreciated.

posting to this site is new to me and I am not certain if I am attaching the photos properly, so please forgive me if I have to resubmit.

That there is a beauty of a carving vice! It's call a "Pro- Carver Positioner". I have three of them in my shop. I purchased mine from Woodcraft about 7 years or so ago. They stopped carrying them because the vender could'nt keep up with the demand. They are definitely built to last. The only place I know where you can get them now is here: www.woodcarverssupply.com, go to the left of the screen at departments, scroll down to and click on, "work positioners" and you'll find all information availible on this vice.
