Default Gun Stock Carving ???

Hello gents, I have been carving on gunstock for a while now-but most entirely on the buttstock. I am wanting to start putting basket weave patterns on the wrist of a few shotguns with some oak leaves. My question is, what can I use to make a single, nice, clean, crisp line to border the basket weave? I figure some sort of checkering tool-but what kind? Something that only cuts one line. Is there something else?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Jordan.

Kolrosing

They have a Kolrosing tool that may be what you are looking for. I have ordered from them and was very happy with the service

there are several manufacturers of checkering tools...google it if you need to,

GUNLINE : CAMP PERRY CHECKERING SET - World's Largest Supplier of Firearm Accessories, Gun Parts and Gunsmithing Tools

I bought a couple of handles years ago (not from Brownells) with the interchangeable cutters, handles were about 10 bucks, cutters came in at about 2.50 each, buy only what you need....and yes there are several outliners for checkering...some double cutters, some triple cutters. Remember, they are very specialized tools, not everyone offers them.
