Default Flexcut Sk 108 Set...

I just ordered a carving on eBay... the set normally sells for 200+ shipping taxes etc... I have been in the market for this set for ages yet never wanted to drop down 200 for it.. A seller had the set as a BIN for 85$ but I was an idiot and did not buy it now.. thinking that I could bid 50$ and no one else would bid on it. Yeah Duh.. It's flexcut.. I know...... anyhow ended up getting into a small bidding war when it got to about 86$ before I sent a msg to the seller asking if he would want to end the auction and take 86$ for it.. he did... I was pretty surpised the set could have gone for 125-150 and still been a good deal... the set was used ...I know I will end up giving a few of the pieces of the set to my buddy who also carves since I have already purchased those blades... but hell he will be happy since it will save him 50-80$

I curently have about 800.00 in flexcut tools and I am looking into the mallet set next

I have not found anything that compares with flexcut as far as the ease of keeping these blades razor with only a slip strop and compond.. I would like to get a few more detail knives and talked to a seller (maybe a me,ber here) who makes his own knives for sale on ebay but he did not know much about the flexcut tools to comare them too. I know this question has been asked many many times so I wont ask the which is better but I would like a few more knives that retain the sharpening ease as flexcut does any sugestions?
