| | Excellent Tool Supplier Just wanted to pass on a good experience I had buying a new knife. I have purchased in the past from several good carving tool suppliers, but was very impressed with THE WOODCRAFT SHOP. I bought the 1" Wells knife (very nice knives) the price was $21.95, others have it for $24.95, the shipping was only $3.40 (actual price plus $1.00), others $6.95 and up, ordered last Wednesday lunch time, knife was delivered on Friday (48 hrs.). And besides being very pleasant on the phone, they asked if I wanted to use a credit card or they could send the order with a invoice. Bottom line, good service, good prices and very quick delivery!

| | Re: Excellent Tool Supplier I have also had those experiences with them. Very professional. I think they are shipping the stuff while you are still on the phone with them.
It is the only place I have bought lately. Nice people too. |

| | Re: Excellent Tool Supplier Yep, this is Big Dog's shop and the wonderful thing is that he takes a big inventory on the road. He will be at the North Arkansas Show, over in Mountain Home, next weekend. I enjoy the show each year; but, a main attraction is to enjoy a visit with Larry. He did not make the show last year, Carol said he had to stay at home and work on their new catalog. I use his visit to pick up the basic items such as sandpaper, new finger protectors, etc.
If any of you are nearby, the show is next Saturday and Sunday. It is held at the fairgrounds in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Vendors include Larry Yudis and Dale Heinecke. |

| | Re: Excellent Tool Supplier Before I opened Little Shavers, I bought my supplies at The Woodcraft Shop.
Never met Larry & Carol Yudis, but I've heard they are good people.
I hope to meet them at the Affiliated Woodcarvers show one of these days. |

| | Re: Excellent Tool Supplier Two of my favorite people to do business with, Little Shavers and The Woodcraft Shop. If they don't have it you don't need it.
And that's the truth.
