Default Ceramic Sharpening Stones?

Has anyone ever used those ceramic style sharpening stones? If so are they worth the money?

Paul,
I have two ceramic stones the white one and the brown one. I like them a lot I find they are well worth the money especially when you are on the road and dont want to take your sharpening machine with you. The brown one is corse for repairing damaged blades and the white it fine for putting the edge back on. The only problem is dont drop them because they will shatter in a thousand pieces an expensive lesson that I have learned.

I have a couple, too and I like them. One small one with a sharp "V" edge for getting inside v-tools, a fine flat one and a round rod with a handle on. I find them best for touch up, sort of like an aggressive stropping.
