Default Carving chisel swap????

Okay folks...I have been buying chisels like there is no tomorrow. Sad part is...I am crazy in love with the older English patterns...spoons/backbent, etc...About the only place to find these things is eBay, so I am scouring the nooks and crannies at all hours of the night. Trying to find a deal.
The deals are hard to come by and I was recently made aware that there are a lot of overseas bidders (Europe/Australia) mainly and with the rate of exchange for USD...most times my bid is pretty weak.
Anyway, I find myself buying groups of chisels to get one or two that I am interested in and then that leaves me with some quality chisels that I have duplicates of....which got me to thinking....Would there be any interest in the possibilities of a "tool swap"????
Not sure how to make it work...Anybody????
