Default Can anyone identify this knife?

I just bought a book by Bill Howrilla for just a few bucks on that wherehouse sale Fox Chapel had last month.(great sale by the way) Anyway, I am looking for a specific knife that is shown in the book. (picture attached) I am currently working on two different carvings where this knife would be perfect only I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone recognize this and have any idea who makes it/ where to buy it?

I don't recognize the knife, but Warren tools used to make a beginners set with removal blades and one of the shapes was very similiar to the one you showed. Just a little larger...

Looks just like the Gonzalez Skew, but with a different handle. I don't own one but have heard people say they love 'em.... Google Gonzalez skew and you will find references to it and maybe you can find the one with that handle.

My Gonzalez skew is bigger than that...but it's still the first tool I reach for!

I would say it is defiantly a take on the Ray Gonzalez skew I think Ashley Isles is the current manufacture for them and they are very nice I have to add some of them to my set.

I think The WoodCraft Shop - Online Store has the Gonzales skew. I am almost sure I saw it in their catalog.

The knife is very similar to the Gonzales tool made by Ashley Isles. There are folks/companies making knives like the one Al shows in his photo, I have tried several and purchased a few. The complaint I have with the "similar" knives is that they do not have the pointed curvature on the top of the blade that Ashley Isles has achieved. I have given the look alikes away and still reach for my Gonzales tool far more often than any other.
