Re: brass ferrules Without seeing the tool, can't be sure. If the shank of the tool butts up against the ferrule, chances are the tool hasn't been fully seated into the handle. Grab ahold of the handle and give the butt end a couple of good hard taps on the workbench. See if it helps. Don't epoxy/glue it on, they are designed to come off for easy replacement when they become damaged from use. If the shank doesn't butt up against the ferrule, beats me. |
