Default Bo - T Knives and gouges

Hi folks, I am a newbie who has been fiddling with carving for pretty near 10 years now. Just a novice with caricatures and relief carvings. I can see I am going to enjoy this forum. Lots of great information.

I do have one question for anyone who can help me. The internet has not provided me with any. Does anyone know where or with who I can speak with to obtain the Bo- T knives or gouges? They are distinct from any of my other carving tools in that they have wooden handles which have multicolored layered wood? I am going to try to attach an image of the ones I currently own.

I have not heard of the BO-T knife, However Helvie Knives have a large selection of knives with multi-colored handles. Try an Internet search on Helvie Knifes it may be worth looking at. Have two love them.

Little Shavers used to carry them. Call Rick and see if he has any left, or if he knows where you can get them. My guess is if they're not advertised in the Internet, then whoever is making them is selling them at shows and/or by word of mouth. Or, they're not making them anymore.
