Smile A question on finding a post that I made this morning

Hello, I was reading a post early this morning under the Chip Carving heading.
About a box that he removed the existing finish and did some neat carving on it.
I think the guy's name was Pallin, and I did my first post on here and complimented
him on a nice job. Now I am looking for his thread and can't find it. I don't seem
to know HOW to find it. Am still learning about the computer so am not very
sharp with it yet. Is there anyone out there that could locate it and tell me how to
find it? Thank you in advance. I think it was under the Chip Carving heading.
Sterling

Probably the easiest way to find it is to go up to the green bar above, click on Search, and select Advanced Search from the pull-down menu. When the new screen comes up, put your username in the upper right search field where it says "User name", and then click the Search Now button at the bottom of the screen (may have to scroll down to find it.). This will give you a list of all the posts you have made. Click on the one you want...

Hello, Claude, Thank you very much for the directions to find the post. I wrote your directions down step by step so I could follow each one and it worked out great. I see now why I couldn't find it.

Thanks again for the help. Have a great day. Sterling
