| | New Eagle (WIP) I haven't posted anything for awhile so I thought I would show what I am working on. This is an eagle pattern that Garry (Ash) came up with that I have been working on. It is one of the more challenging peices I have done and I like it that way. Garry and I try and come up with patterns that will challenge me more each time. I am along way from being done with this but thought I would show what I have accomplished so far. The distant shore line on the right and then the trees and shore on the left going away at an angle is giving m a hard time but I will get there. I had to have Garry send me a picture so I could have katy at least tell me what I was dealing with. All the lines were confusing me a little. If you look at the lines on the eagle wings you can see what I mean. When feeling them with my fingers sometimes they don't make sense until someone with vision tells me so I do need help from time to time. Also the tree branches that mesh together from the two trees. This peice of Spanish Cedar is about 12X18X2" to give you an idea. Thanks for looking.
Ron
By the way if there is allot of misspelling my screen reader is screwed up so bear with me. |

| | Re: New Eagle (WIP) You have already establihed your depth quite well. I especially like the shore line on the back side of the river. The rough out of the tree and eagle are right on target ... I will keep an eye on this one, Ron!

| | Re: New Eagle (WIP) Hi Ron, you and Gary are quite a team for sure. I really get the feeling of the eagle soaring and the different depth planes you are acheiving. Keep going you are on the right track.
