I am working on creating my first plaque, this is only my second attempt at relief; so I was wondering if I could get some input and suggestions on how to improve the plaque. I am going to groove the background working from right to left because I like the look behind the imagery. Its not done but any help you can suggest would be awesome http://quiltingandcarving.blog.com |

You can also post the pictures here, in your message, by using the manage attachments. I like the design and I think you are progressing well. I like to use Word or other programs for lettering. I can resize and try different font styles until I get exactly what I want and then print it out and transfer it to the wood. I like the vines and flower....should look cool.

Thanks sir, I thought about using Word but the wife said she wanted to draw them on for me (couldn't tell her no).
