Default Iris

I finally got around to trying another carving. Sketched out the Iris and carved in basswood. I still have a looong way to go, but it is fun! Let me know what you think!

Hey, that's a nice start. I'll bet it looks super when it's done and painted or stained.

There are no standards here. Just do the best you can.

Joggernot, mine is not in the same league as some of these folks. I need a lot of practice, but with each piece I get a better feel for the gouges!
