Default Re: Interest in chip carving

Hello,

Another method I learned at the Creative Carvign Seminar this past summer is to use temporary spray adhesive to glue the paper pattern to the wood. When you are finished, he used "Goo Gone" to soak and remove the paper, and the wood was clean and ready to finish. I have devloped a chip carving grid using excel that is pretty darn close to 4mm squares, and you can print it out, draw your design, and use the method above to apply the pattern. If you want a copy, send an email to me at daniel.heine@comcast.net, and I will be happy to send you a copy.

Happy Chipping,
Dan Heine
