Mack... Nice job. I wouldn't even know where to begin and I'd sure have to keep the can of stain and some sand paper close by for all my happy mistakes!

| Hey there Mack C., WOW very nice plate! How did you get the stain to not penetrate so it would not show in the chips? I have tried it with paint over a lightly sealed basswood blank. Worked pretty well. It's a little tricky to get the paint to not show too many brush marks over urethane or sanding sealer. Again, beautiful plate. Tom in NC |
