Hey Stacey, LOL NO, it's a compliment silly. I'm such a fan of your carving ability to think on a big scale. I'm stumbling around in small scale and probably will always. LOL
I got a couple of projects going right now. I've started another relief carving of a pintail duck. I'm also getting ready to carve a Jack Russell Terrier--my doggie K.T. It's from a Tom Wolfe pattern it looks just like K.T--just have to add her markings. It's all drawn onto the wood block a little over 5 inches tall by 2 1/2 inches wide. Wish me luck.
I finally got my foredom power carver so I'll get a chance to put it to use on the doggie carving. The power carver came with an excellent DVD by Frank Russell entitled Fur, Feathers & Fins. I've viewed the first DVD only with two more to go. Very informative.
Well, that's all for me for now,
Best,
Kathy

Yea I had a break this past Sat,had a one day art show of setting up at 5:am and breaking down about 7pm..hahhaa I enjoy carving what I can but the past wk or so,been busy on some paintings also. I work on something every day. Course none of my work could compare to yours or alot of the carvers on this board! I hope this summer I can carve some larger items my self in doors and other things as yours. I always enjoy how well you do with your carvings! TnArtist
