Thumbs up Dang..It works

I have been searching these posts for pattern transfering methods..lets just say that drawin ain't my pleasure, that goes for tracing to...so Marty at Mychip carving promised that the Lenk transfer tool would work and surnuff...it does. I made some pattern copies from a copy machine at normal darkness settings and used the heat transfer tool to transfer it on my wood.. ...I am luycky enough to a have a buddy in business with a copy machine that will do the trick. I may try Kinko just for grins..cause I am told adjusting the color to a darker setting will provide a better transfer.....but, I am a happy camper and feel like I have entered a whole new world of chip carving....great patterns........so so carving.

Yeah, if it's one of those that go on the end of a woodburning pen I have one that I like alot too. It works well if the wood is flat and smooth, otherwise, back to tracing paper.
