Hello Coffeeman,
Great job on the carvings! From your photos, you are doing advanced chips. I have to believe that you did some practicing before taking Moore's course. It took me about 6 months of practice boards before I even consider doing a project. My stack of practice board is about 12 inches high! I teach a basic one day course at Woodcraft and it takes almost all day for most of the new students to just remove a chip clean and proper. Keep up the good work.
