| | Re: Antelope Relief WIP UPDATE
Hi All, well finally got back to work on the antelope. I'm working hard to bring out the body contours. Also doing some rounding off of the edges to give a smoother appearance. I'm trying very hard to leave the fur detail for last tempting as it is to just start creating fur.
As always you know I appreciate your thoughts and comments.

| | Re: Antelope Relief WIP Nice work Kathy, it's coming right along. It's hard not to rush things when it begins to take shape, but it takes discipline and patience. You are doing just fine.

| | Re: Antelope Relief WIP That is all we can ask for Kathy is, you doing your best. One thing I have learned in life, and that was in Scouts, is "to do your best", not someone's best, but yours, and Kathy, you got that one down pat also. |

| | Re: Antelope Relief WIP Hi Ken and Stacey:
Ken thank you, I think the task of doing better works best when it's something you love or have a hugh interest in learning.
Stacey thank you too, Yes I do plan to show more antelope anatomy and render some fur too. This is only my second relief carving and I'm finding challenge in every area. I must say I do feel more confident working on this one....so I've gained some knowledge from the first relief. Hope to get much, much better. By the way my daughter is a 'Stacey' too. I use wish I'd not added the 'e' because she and I could hardly ever find the name Stacey on name tags/jewelry, christmas ornaments etc. They always had 'Stacy' not 'Stacey'. So what did my daughter do she named her oldest daughter 'Crystall'. Yelp, hard to find items with 'Crystall' lot's of 'Crystal.' Did you have this problem?
