To the Editors: May I suggest that you consider opening a forum for people who wish to explore wood cut printing? 1. It is relief carving of a sort = same materials, same tools and same problems. 2. There's nowhere else to go. Many of us (I suspect) have little or no access to discussion. 3. Instructional resources on the internet are woefully lacking. Face-to-face instruction is spotty at best. 4. Fundamental experience creates questions, puzzles, that perhaps others have been able to overcome. Other than that, I love this place. |
