go to advanced button at bottom of quick reply and in the header you will see a smiley face, click on it I had several sentences after this and they disappeared? click on the smiley face and at the bottom, it says 5 of 48, click on that and pick from all the faces....Head Bange

Al,

Under user CP / Editor Options / Miscellaneous Options select "Enahnced Interface - Full WYSIWIG Editing" ...this will place the smilies and other objects around your editor. I'll try and provide a picture of the option...
