Default Reposting pics

Why is it I cannot post a pic that has been posted before? On occaision someone may ask a question that I try to answer and need to add a pic to demonstrate. If that pic has ever been shown before, it will not let me repost it.

Doug ,
you can repost , by changing the name of the pic. Remember your working under some restrictions on this site , one being anything posted is under copyright . So each photo has only one unique number . Change the number and you can post it again.

Change the size ofthe picture will also allow you to repost the same picture.
