Question RBI Hawk ???

Hi All, Does anyone know whats going on with RBA Hawk scroll saws??
I heard that they were bought out by another company and heard through the grape vine that they were coming out with a difernt model?? Sure would like to find out whats going on

Here is the web site for the RBI Hawk Scroll saws, I have a Hawk 220 and a 216. The 220 I have had for several years and the 216 was gave to me from an elderly gentleman before he passed away. I like them both, The 216 is 15 years old and the 220 was a demo but worth the bucks.
As for them being bought out, I notice that their address is different and Name is different. Talks about new models for 2010, That all I know which isn't much
