Question for the Admin or BobD

I come to the site qften through out the day but have notice that some new Threads don't appear till the next day. Wonder why?

Now I do dlete my internet files and cookies at least once a day so I know that isn't the problem. One other thing I have notice is sometimes there is a posted dated for "Today" but the last post visible was "yesterday".
Maybe it is what we say, "Welcome to the real world of Computing".

I have the same problem, Kenny...I'm not sure what causes it, so I'll defer to Rob...

when you get on and dont see the new threads hit control F5 it will redownload the page from the net,
not from your cashed files in temporary internet files

Lots of brousers default to only load the page occasionaly from the web page , this is a trick to make their browser work faster... but not always accurately..

there is a switch in:
menu\tools\internet options/general tab: temporary internet files pane, settings that will make the page load updates every time you vist the page, only on the first visit or never update

the never update is the fastest but less accurate as to what might have been posted recently

Thanks Thomp, I have check that already. Plus I delete all cookies at least once a day also.
Oh well, I can live with it but was wondering.
