problem posting pictures

Well I tried to post my kokopelli, but the gallery wouldn't let me! ---this doesn't have anything to do with kokopelli's but maybe someone understands this stuff! I try to post the pic and get this message "fatal error allowed memory size 8388608 bytes (tried to allocate 5120 bytes) in http://www.woodcarvingillustrated.c...ry/image.mc.php on line 84" ???????.....any idea what is going on? thanks Dave

just tried to post another picture and got this!
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1600 bytes) in /www/woodcarvingillustrated.com/htdocs/gallery/image-inc.php on line 115.anyone haven any idea whats going on? I haven't had a problem posting pics in the past? thanks Dave

OK thanks! Was that something you did? Last night I went thru and deleted a bunch of my pictures, thinking maybe I had to many in there, but forgot to try to upload....I just did upload two with no problems....thanks again

Admin,

When I try to post a pic, I get an immediate response that "the page cannot be located" by Microsoft Explorer. It appears that it throws me off the web site. Is this me, my computer, or a glitch on the web site? I can give some more info through private messages if necessary.
