Default Posting a picture agqin?

It happened again today that I was told that I had already a picture posted at another thread. can't I post a picture again? If ,how do I do it? can you tell me please?

Hi there , thanks for the reply and YES I do need help.Yes Ash you are right I got not helped then I thought nobody knew what I ask for????
I knew where the other picture was , but HOW do I get it into this reply ,for instant? Maybe it is not important but it is to me, I like to know how things work if I am in need of it.

If you change the name of the photo at all, you will be able to post it.

If this is the only way ? then I shall try it. Of course you would know that this is the only way, lol
below is what comes up when I browse for pictures and that is what I found confusing.If the name of the picture would show , then I could use it again right? Or what does all this below stand for? ( I have to send the below posting seperate ,since I got an error)
I am sorry for causing a stir with this question,this Forum is so wonderful simple to operate that is probably the reason why I like to find all this out.

Is this what you are talking about?

The letters and sizes you listed have nothing to do with the file you are trying to upload...

Can you e-mail me the photo you are trying to upload so I can take a look at it?
