Thomas, If you can just snap the screen shots and e-mail them to me, I'll put it all together!

Macs are the easiest for screenshots... Hold down the Shift key, the Command (

) Key, and tap the number 4 key. The cursor changes form a little arrow to a crosshair. Move the mouse to put the crosshair at one corner of the area you want to copy, click and hold down, and drag to the opposite corner, and let up. The computer will make a sound like a camera shutter, and you'll find a new file on your desktop named "Picture.png" if you have OS X 10.4.x, and "Picture.pdf", I think, if you have OS X 10.3.x.
Thomp:
One of the tips that sometimes helps is to always name your files you want to upload using the old 8.3 format - meaning give it a name that is 8 or less regular letters or numbers, a ".", then 3 more letters, usually jpg or gif or tif or bmp depending on the formnt. The final three characters are usually done automatically for you, even if you use Windows on a PC

Do NOT use any special characters such as @#$%^&*() in the name, and do NOT use a space. In other words, the "DSCF0015.jpg" from your digital camera is a good name, but "My $10/Photo. bmp" would be a BAD name. The reason for 8 or less characters is that the older software would only allow 8 letters or less.
Hope this helps...anyone who wants more info, please send me a private message and I'll try to help. I travel a fair amount so I might not get a chance to answer right away, but I'll try!!!
