Ok, since you don't have XP, that probably means you have Vista. Please tell us what computer you have and verify the operating system. How much RAM do you have? Are you willing to spend some money to get some software, if necessary?

Check out irfanview. It is a shareware program and works well for simple stuff like cropping and editing. Just click the name it will take you to their site.
