| | Please work the BUGGS out of this Board! Hi All,
I want to first say that I really like this message board, or the old message board. My main irritation is that I will read an interesting thread and feel compelled to reply or add my 2 cents worth. I will have already signed in...even get the"thanks for signing in" dialog box and everything. But after spending the time to reply to a thread and hitting the submit button I get a message box saying that I am not signed in and am not allowed to participate in this manner...This is really frustrating, especially when it happens several times in the same log in.
I really do like this community of people...but I feel that through some little bug in the system I am not allowed to participate except as a reader. I do enjoy being a contributor even if my knowledge base is some what limited I do feel that I can add to the conversation a little every once in a while and would like to with out the hassles. Being told I haven't signed in when I know I have makes me want to give the whole thing a boot out the window and forget it! Sorry...I just had to vent...if anyone can help or point out to me where I am messing up the works please do...
Thank you all,
Chahlie |

| | Re: Please work the BUGGS out of this Board! you got thru that time chahlie! when I signed in this board it changed my user name to hi_ho_sliver_ with the under lines, think it is doing that to everyone, you might sign in with and spaces filled in with the _ underline mark...Dave |

| | Re: Please work the BUGGS out of this Board! Yep, I had that same thing happen to me. However, somewhere I saw a message from Rob or Bob saying if you wanted to change back to spaces rather than underlines, to let them know. It had something to do with changing everyone's "names" over to the new board.
I'm hoping I'll remember where I saw it and who I'm to let know. I would rather have spaces cause I'm used to it and I'm old and don't make changes well!

There is a slight delay between the time you register and the time you are able to make your first post. Since I am seeing your post above I'm going to assume your problem is solved. If not please let me know.
Thanks,
