Wow! Thank you for all the tips, I am sure it will be easier now. I never thought to put "glass" in them. Thank you what a great idea! So glad i asked the question.

Years ago I drew the "pattern" of eye glasses on a piece of 1/4" thick wood and then put it on a pile of newspaper and pounded 3/4" brads all the way through it. Then, on the "backside" I had a perfect - Sharp but perfect - thingy I could just pull wire tightly around the points and have the glasses ready to go. Did I make any sense?
