Default Image posting from other image storage sites

in my posts i like to put in a image where its needed, using the url address, for additional instruction, like to notify there is a link to another site in the next word that some could miss,
or just an image thats stored on a picasa album, no need to upload to wci if its on the web, but lately its tough to get it to stay longer than it takes to finish the post, the image is visable in the editing window but gone when its posted,
where should these images be posted for such use for them to be placed inline while posting.
im not talking about attaching thumnails in manage attachments im talking about using the yellow icon in the message header window menu here...

i guess im asking has the restrictions got tighter?

Oh my Thomp! I've been quite busy and missed this post. Unfortunatley, I don't have an answer for you. Nothing has really changed on the message board for the last 4 or 5 months. Recently, I did find some attachments that needed to be approved. I forget if they were yours or not. Are the images appearing now?

Specifically are images from googles picasa,

it shows in the message but its gone when i post,,, the url link is there,,,
