Default Finding an old thread

Is there a way to find an old thread without having to read through all of them? I just posted a question about Butternut and now I would swear I once asked a very similiar question some time ago. Maybe called Butternut vs Basswood...or something like that.

Thanks,
Jillsy

Use the advanced search feature. If you know you posted in that thread, then enter your user name in the Search by User Name box. Then add butternut in the Key Word(s): box. The more clues you give to the Search tool the greater the chance of narrowing down the possible answers to what you're looking for. In this case I entered the two words basswood and butternut in the key words box, and selected "search titles only" in the pull down box below keywords, all based on the information you posted in your question. It's really a process of eliminating the search results you don't want by entering in as much of the information you do want. Anyway, here's your answer:

Thank you! That'll make things much quicker. (Guess I didn't ask it before!)
